All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months as standard. Roofing materials carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 15–25 years). On larger projects we offer insurance-backed guarantees on request.

For small jobs we invoice on completion. For larger projects we agree a payment schedule in writing — typically a small deposit, then staged payments tied to milestones, with the final 10% on sign-off. We never ask for large up-front sums.
